Hot Honey like you have never had it before! Fresh superhot chilies were infused into floral honey to produce a lively and vibrant hot honey that will add sweet spice to everything!

Hot Honey was made by our very own co-op student Krupa Thakkar; using UofG honey and peppers grown from seed at the University of Guelph's Bovey Teaching Greenhouse on campus. 

Our co-op student Krupa Thakkar was involved in every step of the way from recipe creation, label design and manufacturing. Every pepper was hand-picked and chopped by students, and processed and bottled at the University of Guelph Food Innovation Centre.
