The Guelph Food Innovation Centre (GFIC) can create custom Nutrition Facts Tables for your products. This method uses the GFIC nutrient database to convert your product formula into a nutrition facts table.

- Accuracy depends on available information

- Not suitable for products that experience significant chemical or physical changes during the manufacturing process, or if you plan to make a Canadian food claim.

- Requires amount of each ingredient by weight, description of process and yield information (ex: moisture loss)
