Over five days, participants will explore the fascinating world of food through real laboratory experiments, tasting sessions, and interactive workshops. From decoding the senses and crafting chocolate, to baking science and microbial fermentation, students get a unique behind-the-scenes look at how food scientists shape everything we eat.
