Enhance your technical expertise in dairy processing with this intensive 1.5‑day Dairy Products Pasteurization Course, designed for industry professionals seeking a strong applied understanding of HTST systems, regulatory requirements, and best practices in dairy safety and quality. Delivered by leading experts from the University of Guelph and industry partners, the program combines classroom instruction with hands-on pilot plant training in small groups.

Participants will gain practical knowledge in pasteurization principles, microbiology and food safety, HTST system operation, compliance and documentation, CIP sanitation, process validation, and troubleshooting. With a maximum of 20 participants and dedicated pilot plant sessions capped at 10 per group, this course provides an in‑depth, interactive learning experience. A certificate of completion is awarded at the end of the program.
