Get ready for the warm weather! Our upcoming beer course is the perfect complement to the season - a cold, crisp, light, and refreshing Mexican Cerveza. In this all-grain brewing class, we'll show you how to make this spin on a classic lager. To achieve the clean flavor we want for this beer, we'll be adding some corn to our mash - just don't let the Germans know!
Join us for a hands-on experience in brewing beer on a scale that you can easily replicate at home. Our beer-making classes provide an opportunity to get familiar with the ingredients and processes needed to make great beer.
