70% Dark Chocolate Bar

From bean to bar, this aromatic dark chocolate is rich in flavour in pure in how it is made. The Tobasco Mexican Cacao bean is grown and harvested at the Hacienda Jesus Maria in Mexico, awarded for their premium beans. The beans were roasted in the food Science Pilot Plant then creamed using our new Melanger.  Taking a bite of this delicious dark chocolate will trigger a fruity nut flavour and aroma in your mouth.

Ingredients: Cacao Nibs from Tobasco region of Mexico, Cane Sugar, Sunflower Lecithin.
